Responsibilities:

As an operational shift leader, you will be the central hub of operations. Your main tasks will include:

• Ensuring the safe and efficient execution of tasks in accordance with routines and instructions.
• Developing and coaching the shift team in continuous improvement efforts.
• Ensuring and developing competence within the department.
• Responsibility for health, safety, and the environment (HSE).
• Directing and supporting operations during startup and running phases.
• Allocating and prioritizing tasks for shift operators as needed, and ensuring adequate staffing in coordination with production managers/chief production managers.
• Ensuring production follows plans to meet production goals and fulfill quality and quantity requirements.

Qualifications:

Experience working as a shift leader or in a similar role is advantageous. Experience from the manufacturing industry is also a plus. Knowledge and understanding of LEAN principles are desirable, but not mandatory.

The role is primarily operational, but you will also perform administrative tasks (approx. 35%), such as planning, allocating, and following up on shift work. Therefore, we expect you to have good computer skills.

We look for candidates with strong drive and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Swedish, both written and spoken, is required.

• Very good skills in Excel.
• Experience with major business systems (SAP is a plus).
• Ability to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, in writing and speech.
